Hi Guys, Well, after a 14 month wait from deciding to acquire one of these grand old ladies, Babs finally is sitting in my garage! I had my first drive in her this afternoon and I was blown away! Like a very powerful bus! Got to learn about those brakes, that steering, that throttle but Oh, so much fun compared to our grey-in-every-sense-of-the-word Toyota. While we were unloading her off the trailer, two guys gave very appreciative comments. Only one funny moment, with my barefoot 41/2 year old son waiting to get in and I couldn't figure out which of the four keys opened the doors! Here are a couple of pics of Babs on the trailer - next up, a proper wash and wax. Andy

Pat
i hope you dont think i was being serious about the state of my trailer. I havent washed it since 1991!! Wheels are ford escort She certainly gets about. We collected a P5b from Preston on Tuesday Round trip of 440 miles Then it was down to Wiltshire to deliver Andys car on Thursday, close to the same mileage again.
