:)Well, guys, you embarrassed me into this - didn't realise David's trusty trailer was beyond the pale! Here's Babs in more, shall we say, salubrious surroundings - more befitting a P5B. Had our first proper family outing today - 2 1/2 year old fell asleep on the way home - that's a quiet car for you! Proud owner - must get smarter clothes to match car!

She's Mighty Purdy, i'm very pleased for you and yet strangely jealous at the same time
I want mine to look like that (only blue!)... one day maybe. Did you do any of the work yourself? I can't (daren't, won't) so will be on the mooch for advice, recommendations or experiences from them that know.

Glad you approve Pat - was beginning to get worried there! Adam, like you, I am far too scaredycat to do anything like restore a P5. I once took the spark plugs out of a 2CV though. My recommendation is simple. Call or email David Green. I did - and look what I got! Got the battery on a trickle charger after a wobbly first day. Now she fires before the engine has even turned over. Had three guys gathered round her this morning - like something out of King of the Hill. Andy

Very nice indeed, last photo seems like something stuck on your wing! Just kidding mate she looks stunning, any chance of some interior photo's 'just to rub salt in my p5b wounds ', ( wasn't that a song by Blind Melon Chittlin?) . Regards Scarlettwill

Lovely pics Andy, and nice to see yet another P5B in our area. By the way, studs or zips on the back pockets of 'Jeans' can make a mess of leather upholstery. (scratch marks or at worst rips)
You are not alone with kids falling asleep. Back in the sixties, my eldest son was asleep most times before we got to the end of our road, and very often didn't wake up until we were back home again. The youngest one could never sleep and as he got older used to wedge himself between the front seats and natter non-stop from start to finish. Oh happy days!!!
