I bought some plastic push on tabs intended to hold the chrome R-O-V-E-R letters in place on the boot. They appear to be made to be pushed on the two pins on each letter from the underside of the boot and hold it in place. I can't see anyway to get at these from inside as the boot is double skinned. Any suggestions? Ken

The plastic pieces I received from a supplier in Australia are too big to fit into the hole in the boot lid from the outside. As the car has just been repainted I don't wish to drill these holes larger. I have an old lid in the attic, and will try to check the size of the holes, but I don't think the paint has filled them in. I'll keep fiddling with them a bit more. Thanks. Ken
