Cant get staniless manifolds anywhere. RPI, JP, Rimmers...nowhere. Best price I have on a system without manifolds is near me in Skelmersdale (Blue Flame). Not sure what gauge steel is yet but will find out. £500 ish.
I dont want to get system without as I want a bit more oomph as well as the burble. With a webasto going in, plus windscreen seals, rechromed bumpers, and a few bits for the MOT, plus heater matrix, rev counter, not to mention Wadhams (Bless him) prices for ONE window winder repair kit (£60!!) it is going over my £3k budget. But it will be worth it. I intend to go to Nice and back in June. All this with cash from selling my beloved Bluey (TVR Griff500....I know...it's a sob story)
So if anyone can help, even with a pair of second hand ss manifolds, I'd be delighted.
I am in Liverpool and am a club member. Thanks, folks.

I heard Range Rover p38 manifolds were a good design if you want more oomph otherwise your going to have to pay those custom prices.. Maybe you could get a better deal from one of the many header manufacturers in the US?

Thanks chaps. Will try Goughs. Meanwhile have spoken to Chris Crane at RPi Engineering, who says he loves the P5B Coupe, and is prepared to do me a whole system, inc manifolds, fitted, for £1170 inc vat. Long way to go and leave for two weeks, but I reckon it would be worth it to have the best in the biz fitting a custom system for the Blue Bus. He does also do P6 ss manifolds which he reckons will fit the P5B.
Have recieved swatches of cloth from RS Coachbuilts for webasto and liner. Going for beige liner but cant decide on blue - slightly darker than current zircon body - or grey, slightly darker than roof. Hmmm
