Right then, who's going to own up to going to the National from the website ? and how will anybody recognise each other? Or are you going in undercover to avoid each other........... What about "button holes" / newspapers under the left arm, trousers rolled up on one leg. Na, ive just dug out the old rover flag and pole and will be flying the flag next to my blue coupe, so if you want to say hello then ask for Big Kev. Look forward to meeting some of you.

I'll be there, my first Rover show for a few years, tragically i will have to spend some time on parking duties as my region is running the show, but should still have some time to mooch around. I should be easy to spot..just look for the Blue P5B with a small cluster of purists haveing heart attacks about my wheels in fairness i'm not to keen on them myself, but the previous owner put them on...and i can't afford any Torq thrust D's at the moment. I too will be there in my P5B Saloon. If anyone is coming in a 4x4 make sure it's well out of sight, as mine has an aversion to eating them (helped on by the owner). The old badge done for 2004 will be in the lower o/side front screen which might identifiy me. (then again I might update it if the weather stays like it is).

As long as the weather holds up ill be there in a 3 litre saloon with a white top half and burgundy bottom. I'll also be hanging around my dads Mercedes SL which he hopes to bring along (he owned rovers years ago, just trying to change him back ) If the weather is bad then ill still be there just in a normal car. Lets hope for a nice dry day

Ian, are you going to the meal the evening before? I can't make my mind up, do we need to let them know we are coming or just turn up?

Oh yes, turn up with the right car and no paper work, you'll be out!!
We won't be attending the National this year but wish it every success.
My visa for visiting southern counties and my southerners phrase book have been refused.
Cheers
Adrian and Jayne
