My concern would be for the flasher unit as the smaller current drawn will effect it to the point it may not work if you change all the bulbs to LED's

You are quite correct John - the old standard clicker flashers and earlier ones will not work. The firm did stock special electronic flashers that do work.
Note also these leds unless suitably protected are very volatge sensitive an dcannot cope with voltage spikes - a faulty alternator, dynamo or even the courtesy dealy unit I fitted will blow them
