trying to figure out which wire goes where,think found headlamp and indicator.....ive a black and red which i guess is side lights but i need a red and yellow/black for fogs(correct me if im wrong) all i have is a dirty braided wire and black.....also where these wires join on otherside of wing in what was once a rubber juncton block,i have a old melted thing,well i dont now,can you buy these?...any help appriciated..

Vehicle Wiring Products sell the blocks also Auto Electrics Supplies both do MO and have good websites.
You need to break into the loom to replace the rotted cable and either spilce in by soldering or using decent crimped connectors or better still run back to swithes/fuse box - you have the fabric covered cables which are now well past their use by date. The outer fabric rots and the rubber insulation can short out and cause a fire

Yes it is - best to use 28 strand PVC from the above suppliers or better still the new thinwall stuff as it stronger and lighter. Use flexy balck conduit or proper loom tape NOT sticky PVC tape
Autosparks do complete looms to original or modern spec and can even supply the horrible braded stuff but it has a pvc inner

Autosparks is the leading supplier but a lot of components are cheaper on the other 2 sites but they do not do braided cables
