Would an obliging coupe owner, when you get a spare minute, measure the vertical height of the door glass frame please.
From the drop glass seal along the top edge of the door frame, to the top edge of the door glass frame at the rear corner (opposite end to the quarterlight)

This would probably vary from car to car. The best thing would be to get best looking fit using spacers

13" on both mine - remeber there's at least 1/4" adjustment allowed

As Phil says there is a lot! of adjustment it will depend how the top line of your front and back door look also the stainless rain gutter screen trim etc etc when I took mine apart I had variations of 1 spacer to 5 spacers in various places! there seem to be a lot under the quarter light these I would leave till last after you have the frame lined up OK, pack them tight here you don't want to distort the frame by pulling down too much otherwise your windows will pinch and will be hard to wind up that last final bit.
