You used to have two hopes but one died. I'd rather unbolt the chasis and roll the whole engine out. Anyone else? ?

Quite easy to remove manifold only about 16 nuts - 1/4 hour but you will need a new gasket

I dunno... maybe i'm just pissed off cos its raining and i have more blood on the outside of my hands than on the inside of my hands (curse those sadistic engine bay designers).
Maybe i should have another butchers when the sun comes out to play tomorrow.

I've removed the servo by unbolting the engine mountings and jacking the engine over towards the nearside with a bottle jack, to give room for removal. Make sure the load on the manifold is spread with a block of wood otherwise you'll need a new manifold; but at least there will be room to take the servo out if you have to replace the manifold!
