In terms of classic events there is a new kid on the block.
Live Promotions, who also organise the Bromley Pageant of Motoring in Kent and the Truckfest in Peterborough, will stage a new gathering at the Peterborough showground, here in the East of England on Sunday, 10 July. Apparently, apart from classic cars there will be hot rods, vintage cars, custom cars, tractors, commercials and military vehicles. In other words there should be something for every persuasion.
Those who come in their classic Rover and exhibit it will get a special discount ticket for £5.00 per car, which also admits four people.

For ordinary advance tickets (£6.00/adult otherwise £8.00 on the day; £3.00 or £4.00/child; family ticket £15.00 or £20.00) call the ticket hotline on 0870 143 2206.
