The weather failed to dampen enthusiasm at Dunfermline last weekend, and another successful SARR goes into the history books! Entrants had a superb road trip around Fife on Saturday, with lots of calories consumed at several rest halts. This one was at the deer park near Cupar: Once again Cairns Galbraith won the P5 class with his superb Coupe: Check out these other class winners: Full details and results in a later edition of Take 5, Mr Editor permitting! Thanks to all visiting P5ers, especially Alan James and crew.

Thanks Trevor, The p5 will be re-tested on Friday, I only need to sort out the door bottoms. She wont be pretty but will be usable. I will need to sort out the power steering, there is a bad leak of sorts which I am still to investigate, this was the cause of the knackered anti roll bar bush It was nice to see so many P5's on display, I won a raffle prize and grabbed a free magazine. the only downside was that on the was out I managed to crack the exhaust manifold of the mini, there was a speed hump at the gate which had a pot hole on the otherside. The downpipe made contact with the speed hump. Serves me right for not taking a proper car. lol Colin

Thanks to all visiting P5ers, especially Alan James and crew. And our thanks to you and your crew for once again organsing a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. The members from north of the Border always make us feel so welcome. Alison has promised to send you all instructions on how to assemble a gazebo! Pity that we couldn't make it in the Rover but enjoyed the drive of Tom's that got me through the weekend.
