Hi boys few more pic's,as you can see all standard brackets cut off shortened cross member and new chassis saddles fabricated .Inside rail you can see taping plate and crush tubes for cross member bolts and boxed checkout for top control arm tower next is top shocker and rack mounts hope to have motor in next week

I have to ask....you know what's coming!! Why the conversion? Is it to do away with the torsion bars etc?

Not for guys like us Richard to be honest I find no problem with the handling "yes it feel like an old car! well it is a old car" but if your going to beef it up and throw it around corners otherwise I see no point in the conversion Nice engineering though

Jag front suspension or "front clip" is a well known hot rod/custom modification, I think the problem is these big Rovers have rarely come in for this sort of treatment so it is an alien concept to a lot of owners. If this was, say, the Zodiac Mk2 or PA Cresta forum, it would not be sen as unusual.
