Thought I would post up a small triumph here, as my P5 is now once-again a runner after I managed to get the head back on it and put everything back where it goes (more or less).
Now to figure out how to get the exhaust to seal, as the angle the pipe meets the manifold seems to preclude that. A subject for another thread...

Good job and congrats from Wisconsin. Is the exhaust an OEM part? Are you referring to the down pipe that connects to the exhaust manifold?

Yes, the leak is right where the downpipe meets the manifold. I think it is OEM...
