I don't know of a P5b trimmed in cloth on the Seats etc from the factory the Mk3 as far as I know was the same Vinyl and Leather I don't mind being corrected though!

Hooper Coachbuilders,used to cloth face the some ministry and special orders "sent to them direct from the factory".......About six years ago on ebay theyre was a brown rotted out b coupe,with brown cloth interior,never made £400 quid, a few years ago i read theyre was two brown coupes that left Hooper coachbuilders..

That photo looks like a dirty interior giving the appearance of a cloth trim.
I remember writing an article in Take Five called "Pimp my ride" where a gentleman had his interior done in velour as he didn't like getting into a hot car with leather. I will try and dig it out. I don't think they have come of the production line as a special order. That option was not available.
