Cigar lighter location

According to my manual, the P5 Mk II coupe has two cigar lighters. I have found one of them under the dash, but it does not look as though it was mean to go there. It looks period, but the mounting holes and screws look very DIY circa 1980.

It was fixed under the dash cross bar just to the L of the ash tray (to the R of the steering colums). The wiring looked appropriate.

I had taken it off to reverse the polarity so I can use the same trickle charger via the cigar lighter for all my cars.

However I would like to put it back in the "right" place.

Its fitted to the dash X bar to the LEFT of the steering column towards to tool tray so the passenger can use it.

You should be able to see the small set screw capitavated nuts if you look underneath
