I have just completed the lower 'A' post repairs to both sides but need to know the bolt size for the lower wing bolt that attaches to the 'A' post. (the original bolts had rusted away) It appears to be a different size hole compared to the rest of the wing bolts? I can't find any info in the manual. Thanks in anticipation ;)GlennR

;)All the bolts are 1/4" UNF in sizes 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4". They are actually setscrews. The hole should be larger to allow for alignment and a wider washer is used. The spanner size is 7/16" AF
If you are not bothered about originality the use 6mm metric (10mm AF spanner) or even a self cutting Hex head screw

I purchased the lower wing repair section but found that it did not cover the whole repaired section. www.roverp5bduchess.co.uk gallery 2(click on the link) photo's 18-21

;DYes that bit always seems to disappear. The front lower curved edge and the bottom of the wing also rusts out and this is not available as a repair panel. I had to beat and shape a double curvature patch and weld in a new edge suiably shaped with a "shrinking" tool. PS good pictures but can you reduce the sizes of your galleries. This one took 8 min to download (300 Broadband) and took up loads of space

I will try that but I don't want to lose clarity. I will reduce them over the weekend and hope it improves considerably. ;)GlennR
