hi can any one help please my 1970 p5b coupe had no fuse board I have replaced this but unsure of correct cable positions so has any one got a diagram of fuse box area wires showing what goes wear on both sides or a picture and colours or any ideas that would help thanks

Is the fuse array above supposed to have some kind of cover over it?

The black part with the writing on it is the cover. The fuses are covered but the spade connectors of the loom are exposed, but insulated (mostly).

I'm going to be fitting some relays to run the halogen lights I'm installing. I hope to tap into the fuse rail (as pictured above) to pick up feeds to switch the relays. Is that a practical idea? Which side of the fuse rail is the feed i.e. un-fused side?

The Brown cables ie LHS - they are quite suitable for pickup feeds

So, if I disconnect the wire at Terminal 24 could I use Terminal 24 as the switching signal for the fog light relay and use the wire that was on T24 to feed the fogs from the relay? And pick up from T1 to feed the fused relay? I realise that the dip and main beam will be more complicated...
