The Speedback will appeal to all P5/P5B enthousiasts. Classic design and modern technique. Might be a little above budget though. They didn't set out to obtain maximum performance but GT comfort and British excellence. Moves quite fast though! So now I know where part of the lottery winnings are destined to be spent. Somewhere in the design section is a photo of a Riva Aquarama another of my favourites. See www.davidbrownautomotive.com

That is a very nice car. Today i was at the Techno classica in Essen Germany and saw lots of very nice Aston Martins, Jaguar Xk's, Porche's and Merc's. The price there are sky high. I spoke to the manager of the Aston Workshop. This is a rather big restoration company which is specialized in Aston Martin's. They build very nice cars. He said it gets more and more difficult to purchase a Aston to restore as these become scarce and have very high prices. they had a DB 2/4 at more than Euro 200.000 and a DB5 for Euro 500.000. That are ridiculous prices.
