Its on here somewhere and useful pointers - try rear springs. You may not have set days number as it defaults to 7 - try 700!

I had a new pair supplied and fitted by Brost Forge in Holloway (0207 607 2311). It took about four hours and cost less than £300.

A company called seruk do them. I was in getting a radiator recored and they had loads of spirngs. I asked about them at the time and the guy said it shouldn't be a problem.
Worth a call as they have branches uk wide.

I would recommend the JRW springs which are HEAVY DUTY and better able to take the weight of the car.

Brost Forge did my springs in 1993 & the car is at exactly the same level now as when they did the job. I found the receipt the other day, £150. Highly recommended if you're in or around London. I think you'd have to let them have your springs for reconditioning which is the only drawback though when I had mine done they kept a recon pair in stock so they could do a straight swap. Or you can leave the car with them for a day or two & they'll do the whole job. Not enough demand for them to keep a pair in now I gather & they also have smaller premises as you may know if you saw the "Grand designs" programme on CH4 some years back in which they were outbid at auction for the old wooden stable yard they had occupied for many years & which was subsequently demolished to make way for a modern residence for a pair of architects. Crying shame really as it was like stepping into the past & was a relic from the old Caledonian cattle market. I spent a very pleasant couple of hours there basking in the olde world (& very hot) Blacksmiths atmosphere while the owner swapped my springs. They recently recon'd & beefed up my Morris Oxford estate springs too. The quality of work is just as high albeit in a soulless industrial unit a bit further down the Caledonian road & the workforce down to 2 men rather than half a dozen or so. There was a middle-aged Irishman who used to work there & he could tell the condition of an individual leaf by hitting it with a hammer & listening to the sound it made. The good old days....
