Hello all, I have been offered a 1969 P5B Saloon as a spares vehicle. The vehicle is engineless after apparently being used as a donor to convert a 3.0 to a V8. Now,I have not seen this vehicle in the flesh (steel) ,only been sent these pics and a vague description:- I was thinking of offering around £250 ? I want to transfer the doors/bonnet/boot to my rolling resto P5B so i can work on mine off the car and still have a mobile/weathertight car whilst mine are being repaired. Also the banger boys are fishing around, and it would be good to keep it away from them...who knows it might be a viable resto project? Anyway,£250 too much/too little? Advice please, Martin

You would be better off with mine...............
New rear springs, new shocks all round, full stainless exhaust, very decent wheels, near perfect bonnet, boot lid, good front doors, newish brake discs blah blah.
Even the screen scuttles are not rotten..............
