I have been spending a bit of money lately on buying some NOS light fittings ready for when the car comes back from the bodyshop next week. The Lucas indicator unit is an early one without the "LH" mark on the lens and without the full boot.It was NOS in the Joseph Lucas red box. The rear light shroud is also NOS but I don't know who originally made this item as it is not shown in the Joseph Lucas catalogue. Can't wait to get them on the car!

I have been doing something similar for a not yet planned (but due in the next 24 months) body fettling and paint job. I got a pair of NOS indicators via the club and I have acquired a few other bits. The coup de grace being enough NOS bits to build an almost complete radiator grill (still need the centre vane and badge). I also picked up a NOS boot plinth (without reversing light or cover) for £35 at the Huddersfield auto jumble.

I didn't know the club had access to NOS indicators!

NOS indicators were advertised in the club mag a few months ago.

NOS indicators were advertised in the club mag a few months ago. Yes, you're absolutely right. It was the April issue. A very good price as well!
