;)Tyres crop up regularly on this Forum. Use of incorrect tyres contravenes the Construction & Use regs and will invalidate your insurance The insurance company must also be notified if non standard wheels or tyres not of the X ply equivalent are used (185/15 or 205-70/15 SR or VR is the apparent equivalent but you must confirm this yourself ) The wide 205/70 being far more common as is used by Jag XJ6's is actually far to low really - it needs 225/70 to give similar rolling distance but this may cause clearance issues.
