The new stainless 3 piece system is all but complete for the outlaw coupe. The last of the brackets will be completed tomorrow and the system fitted for the final time. The coupe can then come off the stands for the final time as the underside will be complete.

A couple of pics of the exhaust fitted. This marks the end of the work on the underside of Jim the outlaw coupe. I'm now onto the final painting of the repaired area's and then a bit of snagging

Just a quick pic of Jim the outlaw coupe as he sits at the moment. Wings temporarily bolted on, original unrestored doors bolted on and adjusted. All the schutz underseal sprayed on the underside of the wings, all the repaired area's now blown in in a way to try and give Jim an unrestored feel which I think it does. W.

A few update pics of the progress of Jim the outlaw. All the panels that are going to be restored in this phase of the project are now painted and installed apart from the drivers side front wing which has yet to be undersealed with schutz stone chip. I am now onto reassembly of the lights etc. and the installation of the air tank and compressor. The seats have had all the templates made and are in the process of being mounted. The new carpet has also arrived. More soon

Hi Wozzer...although it may have been posted somewhere previous could you outline a few specs about your custom wheels please.
1. Wheel diameter 2. Wheel rim width 3. Wheel offset, front face 4. Wheel offset rear face. 5. Tyre size to suit the above.ie., tyre diameter, aspect ratio and speed rating. 6. Wheel PCD. 7. I'm guessing the specs are the same for both front and rear wheels? 8. Are they a metric wheel and tyre combination?
Thanks.

Hi Wazza
we are undertaking this type of mod to my P5b and was wondering if there was any areas to watch out for that you experienced? may save us a headache!! We have used a Jag Mark 1 front end to save work and i saw that you used plates for the rear end bags. any help would be appreciated!
